Honey Blossom Farm is the home of Fosse Way Honey and Beeswax Products and The Honey Barn Hair and Skincare products. We are based in the Northern Cotswolds. We tend over 300 beehives around farms in the area. We also source and supply speciality products from around the UK. Many farmers are now diversifying and producing unique products . Keep your eye on our website for the latest products.
Our products are available to purchase online via this website, through our retail outlets across the Cotswolds and the Midlands and through the following farmers markets:
- Banbury, Oxon - 1st Friday of the month
- Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire - 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month
- Moseley, Birmingham - 4th Saturday of the month.
Beekeeping
The Warwickshire and Cotswold countryside yields the most wonderful honey nectar, which our bees gather and store in our hives. The mixture of woodlands, farmlands and garden plants ensure that Fosse Way Honey always contains a diverse range of nectar.
Each year is different of course, but generally we are able to get our own borage honey and, during August, Derbyshire heather honey.
Cooking with Honey
Honey is the common ingredient in all our chutneys, pickles, jams and marmalades. We have devised some great recipes where replacing sugar with honey not only adds a natural sweetness, but enhances the other ingredients.
Beeswax and Honey Hair and Skincare Products
We like to utilise all of the hive products and so we offer you our range of personal care products made with either honey or beeswax. Particular attention is paid to using natural ingredients, which make these products ideal for allergy sufferers.
Beeswax Furniture Care
In time honoured tradition, the natural beauty of wood has been enhanced with beeswax
polish. Our furniture cream adds a shine to your wooden furniture with the subtle
aroma of beeswax.
Farmhouse Products
